Project Management

MT’s project management team plans, leads, manages and executes projects for customers. We support our customers with cost estimations, project planning and execution, project monitoring and control.​ The Project Management Process at MT is based on the TOC and Project Management Institute’s (PMI) standards, the PMBOK Guide, ISO 21500, ISO 10005 and MT best practices and expertise.​ Project Management team activities include:

• Project Portfolio Management (Exepron based on Critical Chain Project Management);
• Schedule Management (build in Exepron or MS Project);
• Engineering Documentation and Workshop Drawings Management (TPP, Autodesk Vault);
• Production Planning and Execution Control (TPP)
